Christina + Fred Married {The Mansion at Valley Country Club, Towson, Maryland}

I just love Christina and Fred. I knew after their engagement session last summer that their wedding would be one for the books.

They are super laidback and quite possibly the easiest couple EVER to work with! They are both the kindest, friendliest people, and it’s no surprise that they fit so well together. They truly bring out the best in each other and I feel so honored to have been able to capture a glimpse into their love through my camera! At her OWN wedding, Christina continued to check on me and make sure I had eaten and gotten dessert, had water, etc throughout the entire day….. talk about thoughtful.

While editing these photos, I couldn’t help but smile as i went through the images and saw everyones happy faces. Their love truly filled up the whole room.

Christina and Fred got married privately at the Towson Courthouse in the morning and then celebrated at their reception with all their friends and family in the evening at the beautiful Mansion at Valley Country Club.

It poured for hours prior to their reception, and then completely stopped right before we headed outside for their first look and portraits! Such a blessing!

Thank you Christina and Fred for trusting me to capture this special day. I wish you years and years and years of happiness and wedded bliss. Enjoy every second of your honeymoon in Florida!

Meet Baby Hadley Grace {Baltimore, Maryland Newborn Photographer}

Lindsay and Todd debated whether or not they would get newborn photos taken, and I am SO glad they decided YES! Their first baby, Hadley Grace, came earlier than expected on October 26th with a head full of beautiful red hair and gorgeous blue eyes! She was alert and super content during our session!

Her amazing flamingo-themed nursery was so well done! Everly little detail was amazing.

I loved meeting you, Lindsay and Todd! Thanks for choosing me to capture this special time in your life!! Enjoy these sweet photos!

The Wilner Family {Centennial Park, Howard County Family Photographer}

Fall is my absolute favorite time of year to take photos! You really can’t beat the colors and the beautiful autumn sunlight!

After having to reschedule with the Wilner family because of the rain, I was so happy to have a sunny day. It happened to be the windiest day yet and also very chilly, but they somehow managed and smiled through it all!

Shannon and Sean are high school sweethearts and even from the hour I spent with them, it was so evident how much they love and care about each other. They are amazing parents to their two-year old girly, Taylor!

Apparently her school recently called Shannon to inform her that Taylor would not take her photo on picture day.. After this session with her, I am absolutely shocked! She was a saint and it was like she was made to be in front of the camera! Even through her shivers she continued to look at me and smile. Just so sweet!! We took frequent breaks so she could bundle up in her momma’s jacket to warm up :)

Enjoy these sweet Fall family photos.

Sarah + Garrett {Maryland Agricultural Resource Council Sunflowers Engagement Session}

It has taken me a while to post because this fall has been CRAZY, but this is such an exciting post for me!!

After having my photography business for a few years, I knew I wanted to get into the whole wedding world eventually. I quit my full time job in February to start doing photography only and told myself that I would begin to book weddings for 2019. I had several inquiries for 2018, but wasn’t mentally ready to accept quite yet.

I opened my inbox one morning to find a sweet message from an old middle school friend who I had also played years of lacrosse with! She explained that she had recently gotten engaged and would love to use me as their photographer. I knew it was the perfect time to dive in, so I of course said an enthusiastic “YES!!”.

Sarah and Garrett will forever be the first wedding I booked and I am so thankful it’s them! I have obviously known Sarah for a while, but it was so fun meeting Garrett as well. The two of them are so good together. They are both kind, goofy and extremely smart! We had one of the hottest, most humid nights for photos, but these two didn’t mind!

Sarah and Garrett met while volunteering at a firehouse and the rest is history. They are getting married next June at the Baltimore Museum of Industry and I am so thrilled and honored to capture their special, special day!

Keep an eye out for their wedding photos next June!
